Tammy let me know about this free application by JKoder on BlackBerryForums. It is a small unit conversion application for the BlackBerry that gives you more options than the simple calculator on the BlackBerry. Just to give you an idea these are the conversion paths available:
- LENGTH: picometers, angstroms, nanometers, micrometers, millimeters, meters, kilometer, inches, feet, miles
- MASS: milligrams, grams, Kilograms, Ounces, Pounds, Tons
- VOLUME: cubic centimeters, liters, cubic meters, quarts, gallons
- ENERGY: joules, calories
- PRESURE: pascals, kilopascals, bars, mmHg, torrs, atmospheres
- TEMPERATURE: Kelvin, Celsius, Fahrenheit
Sadly the app is only available for desktop download now at this link and you need to register on BlackBerry Forums to download. The developer does not specify what devices are supported but it worked like a charm on my Bold. Let me know if it works on your device. Nice work JKoder!

The only time I have found things like this usefull is when it relates to cooking. So if it included cooking measurements then it would be a useful app for me.

Even the simple temperature conversion can be wrong. This is useless !
