RIM just wrapped up a hugely successful BlackBerry 10 Port-a-thon this weekend and it looks like they are geared up for another. Jose sent us the terms and conditions for another port-a-thon RIM is planning starting at 12PM EST on January 18th and ending at 11:59:59PM on January 19th. This one seems to include all the main programming languages including Android but I will wait for an official announcement on that.
Either way this time RIM is once again giving away $100 per app for up to 20 apps per vendor. On top of that they are making things interesting with a random draw for 250 Limited Edition BlackBerry 10 devices that are valued at $500-800. That draw will happen February 5th if you were wondering…

I was part of this past weekends Port-A-Thon submitting a BlackBerry 10 version of the BerryReview WebWorks app since the Cascades version is taking me longer than I expected. Either way I can tell you from experience that these Port-A-Thons are awesome!
