It was two months ago when I quoted Brent Rose from Gizmodo who said it best in “we need another messenger app like we need extra nipples.” Guess what? We have yet another cross platform messenger app from Hookt. This one is another take on cross platform messaging with inbox integration and send/read/typing indicators. It actually looks much better than the competition but still requires your friends to download yet another app…

I use Hookt on my Blackberry, my wife on her Andoid, works fine!
