Awesome BrickBreaker Guide Teaches You How to Improve Your Game

The classic BrickBreaker BlackBerry game always reminds me of when I used to play Snake for hours on my Nokia 6150 way back in the day. It is a simple game that inspires hours of gameplay and is always a good time waster between meetings. I really wish RIM would come up with a follow up game but so far BrickBreaker is a platformer kind of like Nintendo and Mario.

Awhile back we posted on a guide to cheating at BrickBreaker that never really worked for me. Then Techbays posted a detailed walkthrough of every level of BrickBreaker and how to top the high scores. Recently Adam over @CrackBerry spotted yet another awesome level by level walkthrough of BrickBreaker done at www.brickbreakerguide.com.

It turns out that now I know why I never got anywhere near the high scores at BrickBreaker. The guide reports that once you survive going through all 34 levels twice the ball goes slow all the time. I have never kept a single BlackBerry long enough to get through all the levels even once let alone twice. Still its kind of amazing to hear about it. The guide reports that the current reigning champion is a player named Oogar with a score of 11,111,110 which is pretty crazy.
