Hans let me know that Claro Puerto Rico has release a multi-language version of OS 5.0.0.423 for the BlackBerry Bold 9700. This might not seem like a big deal to most of us in the US since the regular versions of the OS have English, Spanish, & French support but for Europeans the multi-language versions are key. They add languages like Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, and Turkish.

NOTE: Don’t forget to delete the vendor.xml file located in c:program files>common files>research in motion>apploader to install it on a different carriers device.
