QuickPlay launched PrimeTime2Go around 2 weeks ago and users were disappointed about the limited content. Turns out that they heard our complaints and have credited subscribers $7.99 for not loading content fast enough. I doubt that will make people who tried the service and canceled feel any better but it might help if you were on the fence. I just wish they would also let you stream the episodes over 3G or Wi-Fi like Hulu does on the desktop.
According to Yahoo customers have been getting this email:
"We have had some unexpected delays with adding shows to the PrimeTime2Go service. As you have probably noticed we have been working hard to address this and the content line up continues to grow. In recognition of the inconvenience that you have experienced as an early subscriber to the service we have applied a credit equivalent to one month’s service ($7.99 USD) to your PayPal account."
It looks like PrimeTime2Go has some great partners with good content but not enough of it. They have quite a few good shows on the service but only a few episodes from each show.
So what do you think? Will the credit be enough to make up for the delays?

They’re going to be in a world of hurt with a bad launch and when skyfire + hulu becomes available…
They need to offer something unique that’s worth paying for…
