The good guys at Viigo let me know that they have added NBA information to the sports section of Project Tango. It adds live scores, schedules, and standings for the upcoming season along with some good news sites. They even added a cool feature allowing you to add scheduled games to your calendar to remind you to watch them.
If you don’t already have it you can pick up the latest BerryReview Viigo Project Tango Edition at: Desktop Install | BlackBerry OTA Install
If you already have it just head to the sports button on the main screen and click the add button. You then select Basketball and then select the feeds you wish to subscribe to.

Love this new feed… Viigo really stepped it up by adding the additional calendaring functionality – and, there is even a Live scoring section… not, just a report of the scores from the night before… pretty sweet when u just hit update to get the up to the minute Live score…
but, it seems Viigo botched it a tiny bit… the Live Scores feed is in reverse order… meaning to see the current day, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page – (at least this was the case with some preseason scores showing on top of the page yesterday… maybe it will be fixed)

I hope they provide updates to this better than they do for the F1 streams, I’ve given up with it as it often takes a week or more to update race results and points tables which despite complaining a couple of times, has not improved.
I love the RSS feeds though . . .

Viigo hasn’t been updating properly since I’ve gone to the beta version. Always waiting for the next maintenance release, but the updates don’t happen unless I open and close the program a couple times, and then it’s still hit and miss. GREAT interface though, and waiting for better article updates!!
(problem happened on AT&T 4.2 and non AT&T version 4.5)
