Javelin Gets A Couple Video Reviews

Those of you who have not been keeping on top of the Javelin news might benefit from this nice video that the guys at MobileSyrup put together. They did a side by side review of the Javelin next to the Bold. Personally after seeing both I think that the Javelin formfactor is good but the screen on the Bold still puts the Javelin to shame. Even if it is a few pixels smaller the Bold screen is just jaw dropping.

You will also appreciate the short videos put up by iDay of the Javelin at this link. Check them out and let me know what you think.

What does this guy know?? He says the Curve can not take video!! I have been taking videos on my Curve 8320 for months now, yes with an early version of 4.5, but 4.5 is released officially now so yes, the Curve does take video :)

Ok I will retract what I said because there is a pop-up message in the video that does state the Curve can now take video. This video is not even 3 minutes. Why reshoot it with that updated info. And if this video is so old it already needed an add-in update, can it offer anything about the Javelin we don’t already know?

Ronen can you speak more about why the screen on the Bold is better than the Javelin? Sounds like you need to do your own review.

The video from http://www.mobilesyrup.com is down but the one from http://www.iday.ca is up and the phone looks good. I much rather have a smaller phone than the Bold. The new curve or javelin whatever its called Blackberry 8900 looks like a true winner for RIM. Lets see if 3G comes into play.
