BlackBerry updated their Salesforce app this weekend with some great functionality improvements. They are still calling it Connect to Salesforce instead of an official Salesforce client. Either way these are exactly the kinds of apps BlackBerry needs in the enterprise space.
- Access to Leads records – filter, search, follow, and interact via Chatter with your Leads.
- View more fields in related items & details for records – more custom fields are now available for Accounts, Cases, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities records.
- Attach files to comments – in addition to mentioning a user or a group, you can now attach files to Chatter comments.
- Share card enhancements – share text, links, pictures, and files from any BlackBerry 10 application directly to a User, Group, or Record Chatter feed.
