RIM has already confirmed that the BlackBerry Bold 9650 will be receiving BlackBerry 6. We heard that RIM had already released BlackBerry 6 for the 9650 and 9700 to their partners but it will probably be awhile until they finish testing knowing Verizon and AT&T. I am just hoping T-Mobile and Sprint pushes it out the door and we can install it on our devices.
Now LouiV @BBLeaks has taken some great pictures of the BlackBerry Bold 9650 running BlackBerry 6. I am really curious to see how the experience will differ from the touchscreen on the 9800. The pictures are of a Verizon Bold 9650 running OS 6.0.0.80 and supposedly it is running “Very sluggishly” on the 9650. Hopefully RIM can fix that and really give these babies a nice revamp!
