Its nice to see older devices get some leak love. The latest updates are for the BlackBerry Bold 9000, BlackBerry Curve 8520, & BlackBerry Curve 8900 bringing them up to OS 5.0.0.822.

I am not sure where they first came from but the first tip we got for it from Prakash sourced it from BBIndia.net. Maybe these updates are heading to a Indian carrier soon.

The leak actually originated from driphter.com and was brought to my attention by the good folks on BlackBerry India User Group @ http BBIndia.net.

.822 may improve your memory and have faster bootup time, but it has browser connection issues and will lose ALL alerts if 2 are receieved simultanously. Also, if the alerts get “offed” your media player gets the shaft along with it. Too many reboots in 2 days for my blood. Back to .681.
