Nate did a review of JL_Cmder a bit back and gave it our Editors Choice Award so I thought it would be worth mentioning that it got a slight upgrade to version 1.9.1 from 1.9.0. This multipurpose application was created by d_fisher @ Blackberry Forums to completely wipe your device of the OS and it works like a charm. There are other apps out there now like the more user friendly BlackBerry Master Control but this one is an oldie but goodie.
There is no changelog for the new version but from what I can gather:
- Fix issue where resettofactory did not remove IT policy on OS 4.6 & 4.7 devices
- Supports new version of Javaloader which allows you to connect to multiple BlackBerrys through USB (one at a time by specifying the PIN)
- It also supports Over The Air OS Updates but I am not sure how that works…
