YouMail Transcriptions…try before you buy.

Being a happy, devoted user of YouMail I have to say I was disappointed when they closed their transcription beta back a week or so ago. Granted, transcription was a little choppy but it was enough for me to quickly decipher the basic message. YouMail has offered some new, reasonably priced, transcription services as indicated in Ronen’s previous post yet this still left many of us YouMail users in the dust, causing several disappointed customers (OK, we had it free for so long, we got spoiled) and in turn, YouMail responded.

Today, I received an email from them stating that they are now offering a 7-day trial on any of their new transcription service plans. For those interested, note the details of how it works before you sign-up as you will still need to give a credit card. Basically you buy a plan, and if you don’t like it, you have within the 7-days to cancel your order (see below). I assume they’re betting that you’ll like it so much, you’ll decide to keep it. However, for those who were wanting to try YouMails new, high quality transcriptions before buying…this is a good place to start.

From YouMail – Our New Risk-Free Trial

Now you can try any of our premium transcription plans with a 7-day risk-free trial.  Here’s how it works:

– Take a minute to sign up for whichever plan you want, providing your credit card information.   This purchases the transcription service.

– Cancel any time within 7 days of your order – and we’ll refund your payment to your credit card, no questions asked.    And don’t worry – it’s easy to cancel, you just go to your orders page, select your order, and click the large “cancel my order” button that will appear.
