Verizon Attempts To Turn Customers into Advocates With “Rule The Air” Microsite

Rule the Air2

Verizon Wireless has started a new campaign in the US titled “Rule The Air.” This new site is intended to teach enthusiasts and customers about why Verizon is the best. It focuses on their better coverage, 3G & 4G tech, smartphones, & more to show users why Verizon is leading the pack.

Its kind of an interesting idea and fits in well with their previous “there is a map for that” ads that AT&T objected to. I can see Verizon fanboys using the site to research a few factoids on why their network is the best. They also let you create your own signal showing how often you use your device. Not sure what it is useful for but might be a good time waster if you are bored. 🙂
