ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to all residents of the U.S. and Canada who are 18 years or older as of the beginning of each contest. Residents of other locations may participate in the Giveaway but no guarantee is made on eligibility for winning which will be decided on a case by case basis once a winner is selected. This Giveaway is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter users must follow the instructions in the announcement of the contest on BerryReview.com. Winners will be chosen on or around the date of giveaway completion stated in the announcement. All entries become the exclusive property of the BerryReview. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged, nor will proof of submission of an entry form be deemed proof of receipt. BerryReview is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries for any reason, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Holders of multiple e-mail addresses are restricted to a single entry, using one of those addresses. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible submissions received.
GIVEAWAY PRIZES: Prizes will be specified in the announcement. All expenses not expressly listed as part of a prize are the winners sole responsibility. Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees incurred upon acceptance of the prize.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected by the owners of BerryReview.com. Each potential winner will be notified by e-mail if they have won. If a potential winner cannot be reached by BerryReview after three attempts, using contact information provided by that potential winner, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner shall forfeit the prize and an alternative winner may be selected from all eligible entries. Each potential winner must comply with these official rules in order to be confirmed the winner of a prize. At the discretion of BerryReview winners of a contest may be required to pay shipping and handling fees for the prize awarded.
OTHER LIMITATIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes will be permitted. BerryReview reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. BerryReview and their affiliated companies and agents, are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Giveaway is unlawful and subject to legal action by BerryReview. BerryReview reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Giveaway without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, if BerryReview suspects tampering shall have occurred. BerryReview reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue and to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date in order to award prizes. BerryReview is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. By accepting his prize, each winner grants BerryReview permission to use his name and comments for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. BerryReview is no way responsible for prizes that do not reach the winner for any reasons beyond BerryReview’s immediate control.
By entering a contest a contestant agrees to indemnify and hold BerryReview, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless and to release them from any and all liability, damages, or cause whatsoever , however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of participation in a contest, or the receipt or use of the prize awarded.
