Parrot Voice Recorder is the best voice recording app for BlackBerry 10. The developers just pushed out an update and it adds some nice fixes and improvements for the free version along with a new Pro upgrade you can purchase inside the app. The upgrade costs $2.99 and adds the ability to attach notes, photos, gps and more to recordings along with storing on the SD card and other feature updates.
