RIM has pushed out a new version of Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones in the Beta Zone this week. Nothing crazy new here but this is an improvement to the v3.3 line that does add some new functionality. It also makes me curious to see how Facebook is progressing on BlackBerry 10.
Here are the new features in the v3.3 line:
- Able to unfriend from friends list and friends profile via GCM, menu, and +
- Confirmation dialogue before unfriending so request can be canceled if needed
- Photo albums as a grid of photos (grid view thumbnails)
- Slide between my full-screen photos
