RIM just got a nice big backer for their BlackBerry Mobile Fusion MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution to go along with their new service pack update. They have announced an agreement with GEMA, the Global Enterprise Mobility Alliance, to jointly deliver “global managed mobility solutions for multinational customers.” That essentially means providing managed services for mobile devices using Mobile Fusion. This deal should hopefully put Mobile Fusion and RIM’s upcoming BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 in front of many more customers as a managed solution for BlackBerry, iOS, and Android.
