RIM is really vague about what the U2 connection will be for the Tour but they have put up a new 60 second advertisement along with the teaser we told you about before. You can find it at www.blackberry.com/u2.
The beautiful part is that it looks like RIM is learning. That same link is also mobile friendly! That means you can stream and download the videos from your BlackBerry browser. I have never seen RIM do this before so that is impressive and the video quality is much better than YouTube.
You can also register for the U2 Mobile Album whatever that means. I am hoping that RIM ships the Tour with some U2 ringtones or maybe even this whole Mobile Album already preloaded…
The mini-site prominently links you to Access 360 which is not a mobile site which is kind of odd. Maybe that is the application RIM will release for this promotion?
