All of you CDMA users realize that Verizon and Sprint are the last to receive any OS update love. So it was nice when one of our readers, Paul, dropped me a tip that they have update their OS on 5/30/2008. The new features in the latest OS are miniscule but still nice to see:
Verizon [...]

Yahoo! has been running its Pearl-a-Day giveaway since June 1st. But I only discovered it today. Sorry about that, readers.
Apparently, all you need is to be a resident in one of the 50 United States of America (or D.C.), be at least 18 years old and have a Yahoo! mail address to qualify [...]

NancyDrew has this great Alice In Wonderland theme for the BlackBerry 8300 on Themes4BB. The theme is just dreamy and the top bar fits the theme perfectly. The icons are a bit off but they don’t clash. I just wish she had included the hookah smoking caterpillar…
You can pick up the theme free for OTA [...]

Rogers has just announced the release of their 8120 Wifi BlackBerry. The best part is that Rogers is the first Canadian carrier to support UMA. I am surprised it took RIM so long! UMA means you can make calls over WiFi. I wish AT&T would follow suit but its taking awhile for carriers to realize that [...]

Garys11 has created a great looking Today Plus theme for the BlackBerry 8300. The theme has a nice blue Mac-like look and has some great looking custom icons.
The today side has messages and calendar but I wish it also had a call log. The bottom dock looks great. The top bar is nice and clean [...]

Lalagurl has released two Sex & The City Zen themes for the BlackBerry 8300. Once again not something I would install since the theme is for fans (& people who like pink). The design could use a little work but the images are very nice. I really don’t like the pink icons in the first [...]

I know I like the House show but I am not sure I would want him staring at me all day. This theme is just for fans. The icons are custom but they are all drab gray which is a bit annoying. The top menu bar is very clear and easy to read which I [...]

Jason Calhoun has released another free theme that Stefano brought to my attention. The theme is called AT&T bottom zen and is meant for AT&T users. The theme has a really nice orange and blue styling. It has a very clean top bar which is sadly missing the profiles icon. The icons are custom and [...]

John from GadgetBean has released another slick theme that I really found interesting. It is an Icon only theme with red blue and black icons that just really change up the look of your Berry. The top bar is slick and has a nice smooth setup. The battery meter just looks cool. The menus are [...]

Dam it RIM !
I had my heart set on the new BlackBerry Bold but now it seems they are going to throw another handset into the equation. I have always been a huge fan of Flip-Phones (especially Clam shell style) ever since I had my Motorola V600 all those years ago.
CrackBerry have released a few [...]
