We have been hearing from a few users here and there that Print to Go is no longer working on BlackBerry 10.2.1. It turns out that BlackBerry really just screwed the pooch on this one and you have to uninstall the app, reboot, and reinstall to fix it. Make sure to follow those steps exactly otherwise it will not be resolved. Check out this knowledge base article for details. They also have issues with Print to Go in the Work Perimeter in the new OS. Seems like the Print to Go guys were dozing off during this upgrade.
