BlackBerry Picture Passwords, Dashboard, and Fuse Mode Show Up in 10.2.1 Leak

Picture Password

There was a leak of OS 10.2.1.845 a bit back by BerryLeaks that did not come with a radio (due to BlackBerry not allowing 10.2 radios to work anymore) so we did not mention it. Users have been ripping apart that OS leak for a few days now and have found some nice goodies. First they found a new Picture password feature that allows you to set a picture of your choosing and place numbers on it to unlock with a certain combination. You get the option of either a password or picture password when you unlock the phone. Its a pretty creative concept and users have managed to get it working on OS leaks 10.2.1.770+ but I do not recommend it. Billy over @BBEmpire managed to catch it on video:

Also of interest is what started out as a shell of an app called ChatBlend that is forming into a feature called Fuse. According to my buddy Bla1ze @CrackBerry this melds together a desktop component like BlackBerry bridge throwing in BBM on the desktop along with SMS and MMS. The ChatBlend files are still there but now it seems like you will be able to put your phone in a “Fuse Mode” whatever that means.

Only time will tell how these pan out!
