This is an old update but quite a few readers have asked us to mention it again. BlackBerry has put up an awesome web app on the BBM website to help you grow your BBM contact list. They let you easily send invitations to your friends to download BBM using your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or email address books and friends. It works quite well from what I have seen.
