Thorsten is on stage right now at BlackBerry World explaining much of what he considers to be BlackBerry DNA and the core of the BlackBerry brand. He is correct is saying that users don’t highlight that RIM has something specific in features, like good social support or camera, but simply allows users to “create success” allowing owners to be more productive and responsive. What do you think of this definition of the value BlackBerry users expect and rely on from RIM?
