Your #BeBold New Years Resolution Tweet May Show Up in Times Square

Be Bold BlackBerry Ad

We told you before that RIM was sponsoring the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. RIM has revealed a little bit more about the promotion with a cool tie in. They are asking Team BlackBerry (That means you!) to send in your New Years resolutions through Twitter using the #BeBold hashtag or in the comments on their announcement. Here are the instructions RIM provided:

  1. Send your resolution to @BlackBerry on Twitter® using the #BeBold hashtag or submit it to the comments below.
  2. Your #BeBold resolution just might make it onto a Times Square billboard and be broadcast on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.

Let us know if yours shows up!

  1. Sorry RIM in advance, it was too easy. I tweeted:

I want to #BeBold by using a smartphone that took a trip in a time machine 10 years into the future and just arrived!

But honestly please get better, I don’t hate you. I even own your stock. But really the world has moved on and we are all waiting for you to catch up. My new years resolution for you is that you tell the carriers where to shove it and start letting people beta QNX without their approval so you can get the feed back you so badly need to make QNX as good as it can be. Best wishes to you in this upcoming year!
