BlackBerry WordPress App v1.1 Released With Comment Notifications, Geotagging, Gestures, and more!

blackberry-wordpress-06 The WordPress BlackBerry app team released version 1.1 of their app with some very nice improvements especially for Storm users. The new version adds comment notifications along with geotagging and gestures for touch devices.

Full change log:

  • Comment Notifications
  • Geotagging of Posts
  • Improved UI interaction on Touch devices
  • introduction of Touch Gestures:
    Sliding a finger to the left or right quickly on the Comment screen displays the next or
    previous comment.
  • Photo Resizing improvements with user defined dimensions
  • New File Browser with thumbnails support
  • Overall enhancements to the speed and stability of the app

They have also added full multilingual support with English, Italian, Finnish, French, Indonesian, German, & Portuguese.
