FAQ: How To Move Hide & Rearrange BlackBerry Homescreen Icons
Most intermediate and novice BlackBerry users know how to rearrange and move icons around on their BlackBerry. Yet I still get asked multiple times by new users how to do it. It is not very complicated and it makes it lets you streamline your BlackBerry experience. You can simply move around application icons and even hide them from view by following these instructions.
To move, hide or rearrange icons:
- Use the trackball, trackwheel, touchpad, or touchscreen to select the icon you would like to move.
- Press the menu button (Looks like 7 dots)
- Select Move if you want to move the application on the same screen or Move to folder to place it inside another subfolder like Downloads or Setup. If you want to hide the application from view just select Hide on that same menu.
NOTE: You can view all hidden applications by pressing the menu button and then selecting Show All.
That’s it!
