AT&T Finally Allows Native AIM & ICQ Applications
Joshua over at the BoyGenius spotted the fact that AT&T has finally sent out the required service books for AIM & ICQ to work. For some reason AT&T was taking forever to release this and was instead pushing their text messaging based OZ messenger. I guess they finally caved and released the two applications.
You can find the download links to each one at mobile.blackberry.com
Thanks John for sending this one in!
PS: Did anybody notice that the latest version 2.1.37 does not have the stupid 30 mobile buddy restriction that existed on the older versions of the app. Not sure when that changed…
