Daily Telegraph (UK) Free Mobile Site
The Daily Telegraph is the UK’s largest newspaper which used to cost about $10 or 5 euro a month to access. Pretty steep if you ask me. Dennis over at WapReview spotted three new free variants of the Daily Telegraph’s mobile website that I thought were worth mentioning. They are limited to less than 30 articles so this is not the full Telegraph but it is better than nothing.
Of the 3 variants the one that looks the best on the BlackBerry is accessible at: www.telegraph.co.uk/mobile but you can also try this variant.
There are no advertisements on the Telegraph’s mobile site which is why they probably charge for the full mobile version. You can always try to browse the desktop version of the site but that can be clunky.
If you live in the UK let us know what you think or if you found other ways around the costly subscription.
