Al Sacco wrote a great piece on CIO.com listing some good BlackBerry tips everybody should know but might not. The shortcut to bookmark your place in an email was brilliant and something I did not know before. (Just hit āGā after re-opening an email)
The others are more well known but it cant hurt to take a refresher course.
