OS 4.3 Will Allow Sending Voice Notes Through Email, PIN, & IM
This has been a long time coming. I always thought the voice note function of OS 4.2 was useless since it could only be used for BBmessenger and MMS messages. I have just read some confirmation with screenshots that the new OS 4.3 will allow you to email, PIN, and instant message voice notes to other people! Check out the article here
Voice Notes (BlackBerry Device Software 4.3)
BlackBerry smartphone users can record voice notes using the the Voice Notes feature. Voice notes can be sent using the following:
- Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) messages
- Email messages
- Personal identification number (PIN)
- Instant messaging
