Phillips put out a gorgeous dictation app for all BlackBerry 10 users. Phillips Dictation Recorder lets you easily take down voice notes and share them over email. The app is designed for professional use to hook it up to Phillips SpeechExec servers but can also be used without the server. With the server it can connect to the SpeechExec Mobile server to automatically transcribe and process the recording. My favorite feature is the ability to append and overwrite recordings. For most people the native BlackBerry 10 Remember app will be enough but this app adds some extra bonus features in a standalone recorder.
