BlackBerry is doing a phased BBM rollout on iOS and Android after the previous failure to launch. Last night they announced on Twitter that they are opening up BBM to the “next 5 million in line.” They have sent out more emails which is interesting since BlackBerry said that 6 million people signed up for BBM release info at www.bbm.com. Its interesting to see such high demand for an app from BlackBerry as the media continues to say BlackBerry is almost dead…
PS: We know there was posted a workaround for bypassing the BBM queue on CNET and other sites but we really did not see how that would help BlackBerrys rollout.
