The BlackBerry Q5 smartphone, will be available in Singapore starting from August 2, 2013. The new BlackBerry Q5 will be available from authorized partners such as M1, Singtel and StarHub. It will come with a recommended retail price of S$528. As the lowest end BlackBerry 10 device, this is the main device that BlackBerry hopes to use to revive the market here.
Coming in 3 colours, Red, White and Black, the omission of pink is rather sad as that was the colour many of my friends were aiming for.
In addition to the lower price tier, the hardware is also lower end, without a removable battery.
