BlackBerry World on BlackBerry 10 has been having some wonky issues the last 24 hours or so. I thought it was a caching issue and it seems like BlackBerry has confirmed as much on Twitter. They posted on their @BlackBerry Twitter account that the issue has been identified and resolved. They explain that full access will return over the course of the day, a delay usually caused by having to prime the cache again.
