We saw OS 7.0.0.353 leak before for the BlackBerry Bold 9900 and now it is official thanks to SK Telekom. I am not sure who spotted it first but from what I am hearing it has been a relatively solid leaked OS. You can pick it up at the link below:

Warning: This OS will not install on any other BlackBerry besides the one mentioned above. Don’t forget to delete the vendor.xml file located in c:program files>common files>research in motion>apploader to install it on a different carriers device.
