Now this is a first. Adam @CrackBerry spotted this discount through PayPal that is running in App World. You need to register for it at this link before you make the purchase. The idea is that you purchase two apps from App World and you will get up to a $15 cash back credit from PayPal on the second lower valued app. So if you buy one app for $20 and another for $10 you would get $10 cash back.
