OS 10.2.0.1743 Leaks For All Devices (Z10/Q10/Q5)

Q5_Pink_620w

Another week, another leak? But this time it’s for all devices!

Although this leak doesn’t come from BerryLeaks directly, the team had been testing the OS for the past few days and it had been deemed stable enough to get released, so don’t hesitate to upgrade.

It contains the same improvements seen in the recent 1725 leak, so you’ll get the dark theme and the ability to hide the Android navigation bar per app.

Also, the recently released BlackBerry Link 1.2 seems to improve backup/restore speed, so the BerryLeaks team recommends you upgrade.

And an unofficial changelog (compared to 1725)
As we get closer to a carrier launch of 10.2, the OS gets more stable, so very little changes are introduced.

  • + Lots of updated translations
  • + Updated carrier bars
  • + Updated keyboard libraries
  • + Updated Webkit engine
  • – All your BlackBerry World apps will show as “Installed” after a restore, if the backup was made from a recent leak
  • – Bluetooth fixes in Android
  • – Calendar notification fixes
  • – Fixes in the phone service
  • * Updated sensors profile for P’9982
