Friday is a big day for BlackBerry on the street. They are announcing their First Quarter Fiscal 2014 earnings right before the market opens at 8AM EST. Analysts seem to be all over the place in terms of what BlackBerry will actually announce with some focusing on subscriber growth/loss while others focus on the sales of BlackBerry 10 devices leading to a short squeeze. This is the first full quarter of BB10 sales so it should be telling. On the other hand BlackBerry is just rolling out its BlackBerry Q5 answer for the cheaper end of the market to take over the position of the older Curve models. Either way it is sure to be an exciting call. Hopefully BlackBerry drops some gold and a promising expectation for next quarter.
