Frank Boulben made an interesting point during the press release. He confirmed what they have been seeing from the BlackBerry 10 pre-registrations in Canada. They have found that more than half of BlackBerry 10 pre-registrations are not current BlackBerry owners. That is impressive. I wonder if they are users coming back to BlackBerry or new users/
