RIM Execs Take BlackBerry 10 Leap of Faith to Show Solidarity with Developers

Its hard to believe that BlackBerry 10 is just hours away. RIM employees have been doing some wacky things to celebrate the launch with the latest coming from RIM execs Marty Mallick and Alec Saunders. They took a “Leap of Faith” down the 855 feet free fall in the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas. RIM’s PR folks put Alec and Marty up to it to show a symbolic “Leap of Faith” to “match the leap of faith that BlackBerry developers have taken with us.”

PS: I have a feeling the PR folks were just trying to see what they could get Alec and Marty to do “for developers.” Is it mean if I suggest a variant of the Most Extreme Elimination Challenge. 🙂 Something like this:
