Another week and now we have yet another Canadian carrier offering up pre-registration for BlackBerry 10. They list BlackBerry 10 as coming soon with some promotions on why you will LOVE BlackBerry 10. The site lets you pre-register which does not seem to be the same as preordering or getting on a waiting list but it should give you the latest notification.
