UPDATED: RIM Rolling Out BlackBerry App World v4.0

Update: It looks like RIM may have pulled down this update. Well let you guys know.

We saw BlackBerry App World 4.0 hit the Beta Zone last month and now it looks like it is ready for prime time. RIM has tuned the app and changed the payment system to their new BlackBerry Commerce Payment Services. They have also removed gifting/begging and ringtones.
