I am sure RIM has been doing some sort of user experience review on their BlackBerry developer tools until now but they have changed it up recently. They have publicly documented the results of a recent user experience review they collectively did with teams across the company. This is the first time I have seen RIM do something like this in the public eye and it is a far cry from the extremely convoluted JDE tools we used to have to deal with.
