I used to love watching old Batman reruns back in the day just for the humorous over the top sound and visual effects during fight scenes. We are talking about the big splat signs with “POW”, “Sploosh”, “Zapp” and more. It was just truly comical to see especially when you compare it to action scenes in current shows.
