In case you didn’t think the real stock market had enough “gamification” built in then you can try Fantasy Day Trader. The new free game allows you to trade and track global financial markets along with playing one of the three trading games on your BlackBerry. Here are the three available games:
- Quick Trade is an hour-long game, which you can play at your leisure Monday through Friday.
- Trading Day is a 22 hour game, which you can play each day. It starts when the Sydney markets open and finishes an hour after Wall Street closes.
- Stock Picker is a weekly game where you need to create your own portfolio of stocks, commodities, currencies, mutual funds and indexes.
- Trade pretty much anything you like… buy Toyota in Tokyo… sell Bank of China in Shanghai… sell Reliance in Mumbai… buy Gazprom in Moscow… buy the £ in London… sell the € in Frankfurt… buy gold in Dubai… corn in Chicago… oil in New York… sell Microsoft in New York… and Petrobras in Sao Paulo…
