Today is the first BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour for developers in Milan, Italy. There is quite a large showing from what I have heard and it bodes well for BlackBerry 10. Also of interest is a new article by Alec Saunders, RIM’s head of developer relations, explaining why RIM loves startups. He explains that as much as RIM wants the hottest titles and games on BlackBerry 10 they very much need startups to bring innovation to the platform.
Check out the whole explanation of Startups=Innovation by Alec here and if you are a developer don’t miss attending BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour.

Wow. Very bold statement at the end. “…and will build BlackBerry 10 experiences that the world has never seen before on any platform.”
