Picasa Sync Lets You Auto Download Your Albums to your PlayBook

One of our tipsters let us know about a relatively new PlayBook app called Picasa Sync. The app simply lets you bring the pictures from your online Picasa web albums to your PlayBook. The developer, Daniel Bigham, always wanted to show of his pictures from his PlayBook but never remembered to load them on the device. He created Picasa Sync to keep his PlayBook pics up to date. Sadly it does not have the ability to upload your PlayBook photos back to Picasa but hopefully he is working on that! 🙂

The app lets you get the apps that you have on Picasa onto your PlayBook wirelessly or simply only get the pictures you have starred in Picasa so its not downloading the gigabytes of Picasa pictures you have. In other words you can star the nice pictures you want on your PlayBook and have them sync.
