I had never heard of Air Miles before but after getting over 7 tips from Canadians I thought it would be worth mentioning. The Air Miles Reward Program in Canada just released a BlackBerry app to easily access your rewards account. The app lets you find Air Miles sponsors in your area and get the latest news on bonus offers so you can keep on collecting from everyday purchases.
Features of the app include the ability to:
- Check your account balance
- Easy access to your account number
- View a Sponsor map near your current location. Zoom in and out to see all of the Sponsors nearby!
- Browse featured rewards
The app also has a nice Foursquare like feature that lets you check in at a sponsors location. You can then see all the relevant offers at that sponsor along with sometimes getting a bonus offer while you are there. They recently released a v1.5 update of the app which added speed enhancements on key function along with better and faster location services.
