RIM let us know that the BlackBerry Partners Fund has announced the 12 regional finalists for the BlackBerry Partners Fund Developer Challenge. These contestants are competing for a total prize package valued at over US$1.5 million so it is a pretty big deal. The apps are being judged on quality, user experience and how effectively they incorporated “Super App” characteristics. The BerryReview team is heading to an event tonight where they will be announcing the winners of the challenge but the current finalists are:
